I casually asked about the exact length of the kitchen after get off work at 9pm.At 9.15pm,he called me on video and showed me the dimensions I requested. He kept us updated on the progress and ensured the project was completed on time.Mr Guan is a person who is willing to do everything for his clients and often helps his clients solve problems. I am very satisfied and surprised by his service and his unique drive. I am also very grateful to his partner Chong who was help me solve the requirements during the renovation project. This is our first 4-room BTO HDB for renovation and we are pleased to have Ah Guan as our renovation contractor. Throughout the whole renovation process, Ah Guan has been very prompt and detailed to inform us on the work flow from start to end. At times when we were unsure of crucial decisions such as colour selections to match our house theme, Ah Guan was patient and guided us with assurance. He understands our needs really well and this is what we needed from him even though he is just a renovation contractor.Excellent service, updates were prompt and immediate.Ah Guan was able to solve minor problems efficiently for us.Service level 100%!
